Responsibilities:
1. Lead the project execution that is applying the Solution system. Acting as the first point of contact for any matters related to Solution system
2. Perform the comprehensive Solution project management, resulting in achieving the targeted CM
3. Orchestrate the internal (ASM, BSM, CS, Supply Chain, Production, Technical) & external (Distributor, Contractor, End-user) stakeholders to ensure timely product delivery and project completion
4. Develop business strategy to achieve the ambition of Solution segment across projects & areas, including project pipeline population and leads via SFDC
5. Actively collaborate with Specifiers team in promoting the Solution system to AEC accounts and project owners in each segment
Qualification and/or experience requirement:
1. Bachelor of Engineering (preferably in Civil Engineering)
2. Proven experience as area sales manager
3. Project and leads development / management
4. Civil / Structural knowledge
5. Behavioral / Leadership competencies
5. Good in presentation and negotiation skill
6. Ability in manage and maintain relationship with internal and external parties
