The People Experience team currently covers our Southern California operations, in seven facilities, and focuses on strategic and tactical initiatives about our people, information, and processes. We champion causes that support the best of both worlds: A positive and fun team member experience and high performance of our team members! Our partners are leaders in Operations, Information Technology, Finance, Business Development, Accounts and members of our communities.
We have a full-time, permanent opportunity available for a People Experience Manager in our Fontana location. The People Experience Manager is responsible for the USA people related initiatives in two facilities in Fontana and one in Los Angeles.
The People Experience Manager oversees and manages the People Experience functions for NRI and provides direct guidance and support to managers and team members on all matters related to People. This position influences business decisions through strategic planning of people processes and works on multiple initiatives to support the vision, mission, guiding principles, and strategic direction of NRI.
