Komm zu uns als Werkstudent in der Abteilung Qualitätssicherung (m/w/d)
Zur Unterstützung der Abteilung Qualitätssicherung an unserem Produktionsstandort in 31582 Nienburg (Weser). Die Stelle ist auf 6 Monate befristet. Die Arbeitszeit beträgt bis zu 20 Stunden pro Woche.
Du wirst Teil eines kleinen Teams sein und eng mit Kollegen aus der Qualitätssicherung sowie anderen Funktionen im Werk zusammenarbeiten. Wir freuen uns auf deine Unterstützung!
In dieser Rolle wirst du verantwortlich sein für:
Dokumentenmanagement: Unterstützung bei der Organisation von Dokumenten, einschließlich SOPs, Aufzeichnungen und HACCP-Plänen, sowie Sicherstellung von Genauigkeit und Zugänglichkeit.
Eintrag und Bearbeitung von Abweichungen: Unterstützung bei dem Eintrag von Abweichungen, Nichtkonformitäten und Korrekturmaßnahmen.
Audit-Programm: Mitwirkung bei der Vorbereitung, Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von Gemba-Walks und internen Audits.
Schulung: Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Schulungsmaterialien zu den Themen Lebensmittelsicherheit, Hygiene und QA-Prozesse.
Um erfolgreich zu sein, solltest du folgendes mitbringen:
Du bist aktuell immatrikuliert in einem Studium der Lebensmitteltechnologie, Biotechnologie, Chemie, Ernährungswissenschaften, Ökotrophologie oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs.
Du bringst Begeisterung für die Themen Lebensmittelsicherheit, Qualitätsmanagement und Hygiene mit.
Erste Kenntnisse in Qualitätsstandards wie HACCP, ISO 22000 oder anderen relevanten Normen sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss.
Deine Arbeitsweise ist präzise, strukturiert und du hast ein gutes Auge für Details.
Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift der deutschen Sprache und englischen Sprache
Gute IT-Kenntnisse in MS 365
Die Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten und sich motiviert neuen Herausforderungen zu stellen

What you'll do
- The role involves supporting document management, including organizing SOPs and HACCP plans, and assisting with the entry and processing of deviations and non-conformities. Additionally, the position includes participation in audit programs and the creation of training materials related to food safety and quality assurance processes.
