Join us as our new Senior Strategy Manager in the Corporate Strategy Team

As part of the Corporate Strategy Team at Novonesis, your role will be instrumental in shaping the long-term evolution of our company. We are dedicated to guiding Novonesis successfully into new markets, technologies, and capabilities, ensuring our ongoing relevance for customers and society alike. As a team, we actively participate in shaping the strategy and equally focus on bringing it to life through hands-on involvement in select implementation initiatives.

We maintain a strong focus on the external environment and our internal stakeholders, demonstrating great humility in carrying the responsibility on behalf of Novonesis.

In this role, you’ll make an impact by:

• Providing strategic and financial thought leadership, driving analyses, insights, and recommendations to support executive decision-making.

• Translating corporate strategy into action and monitoring progress, including identifying needs for strategic pivots where market realities require.

• Leading cross-functional teams on complex, high-priority strategic projects for senior and executive leadership with significant business impact.

• Monitoring external trends and competitive dynamics to identify implications for Novonesis’ strategic priorities.

• Strengthening strategy capabilities across Corporate Strategy and the community, contributing to a high-performance and open knowledge-sharing culture.

• Managing collaboration with external partners, including top-tier management consulting firms, ensuring high-quality, value-adding outcomes.

To succeed as a Senior Strategy Manager at Novonesis, you bring a strong strategic toolbox, the ability to connect and influence stakeholders at all levels, and a proven track record of driving impact in complex organizations.

Ideally, you also demonstrate curiosity and passion for biosolutions/biology, are not afraid to step forward and challenge the status quo, and thrive when engaging a broad, diverse network across the business.

You are likely to bring some of the following:

• An advanced degree in business, finance, economics, biotech/engineering, or a related field.

• Significant experience (4+ years) in strategy, management consulting, strategic finance, or similar roles.

• Demonstrated ability to independently lead large, cross-functional strategic initiatives.

• Strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills – capable of simplifying complexity and driving alignment.

• Deep understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and their strategic implications.

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, structure, and deliver in a dynamic environment.

• A pragmatic, results-oriented mindset combined with the ability to build trust and drive followership.
