In this role you’ll make an impact by:
Managing office facilities, contractors, repairs, and security
Leading Workplace Health & Safety activities and acting as Chief Warden
Handling day‑to‑day office administration and supporting the Country Manager
Coordinating events, meetings, catering, travel, and onboarding setup
Providing backup support for sales, customer, and basic finance administration
To succeed you must hold:
Experience in office management or administrative operations
Strong understanding of WHS/OHS requirements
Excellent organisation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
A proactive, solutions‑focused approach with high attention to detail

What you'll do
- The Office Administrator will manage office facilities, contractors, repairs, and security while leading Workplace Health & Safety activities. Additionally, they will handle day-to-day office administration and support the Country Manager.
