In this role you’ll make an impact by:

• Lead months end financial closing, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Manage statutory reporting, balance sheet reviews, reconciliations, and financial controls.
• Oversee full direct tax compliance, including corporate income tax, deferred tax, withholding tax, and statutory filings.
• Serve as the key liaison with tax authorities and external advisors while maintaining strong tax governance.
• Ensure compliance with global transfer pricing policies and support TP audits and intercompany reviews.
• Manage end‑to‑end GST/VAT/SST compliance and ensure correct tax treatment across transactions.
• Lead statutory audits, coordinate with internal/external auditors, and maintain audit‑ready documentation.
• Support internal control testing and remediation to strengthen overall compliance frameworks.

To succeed you must hold:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; ACCA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent is preferred
• Minimum 6 years' experience in financial controlling, statutory compliance, and tax.
• Strong understanding of IFRS, statutory accounting, and tax regulations.
• Hands-on experience with GST/VAT/SST, transfer pricing, and direct tax compliance.
• Experience in multinational or matrix organizations.
• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• High integrity and ability to independently manage complex statutory responsibilities.
