1.  Experience - Minimum 2-3 years
2.  Education – BSc/Msc in Microbiology/Biotechnology

• Perform Microbial Limit Tests (MLT) and conduct trend analysis of microbiological data.

• Carry out microbiological testing of Raw Materials, In-Process Samples, and Finished Products.

• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments, including:

  • Autoclave

  • Laminar Air Flow (LAF)

  • Incubators

  • pH Meter

  • Analytical & weighing balances

• Prepare culture media and ensure proper sterilization and storage (Media Preparation).

• Perform daily verification and calibration of laboratory instruments as per SOPs.

• Maintain accurate documentation, records, and test reports.

• Follow all laboratory quality standards, Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and safety procedures.

• Strong knowledge of microbiological techniques and testing methods.

• Hands-on experience with QC microbiology instruments.

• Ability to interpret and analyze microbiological data.

• Good understanding of media preparation and environmental monitoring procedures.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Good communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.

Preferred Attributes

• Ability to work independently with high attention to detail.

• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach.

• Familiarity with GMP and regulatory guidelines (desirable).
