Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Review and distribute manufacturing master plan results weekly to meet service and inventory goals
• Support sales & operations planning analyses
• Consult on new business opportunities & create scenarios as needed
• Analyze capacity and sales data and make recommendations on capacity expansion
• Work with Sales and Manufacturing partners and create and administer scenarios within the planning system to solve business needs
• Maintain planning system parameters to meet service and planning KPI targets
• Key Performance Indicators associated with this role include:
• ESP Plan Adherence
• Schedule Compliance
• Gap to S&OP
• Case fill / OTIF measures

Qualifications:

• BA/BS in supply chain planning, business, operations management, logistics or engineering, with 4+ years’ experience in production planning, scheduling, inventory control, manufacturing or distribution operations in a multi-facility environment.
• Microsoft Excel proficiency required along with strong analytical, oral and written communication skills.
• JDA/Blue Yonder proficiency preferred
• SAP proficiency preferred
• APICS certification a plus
