Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities:

· Responsible for developing a working relationship with the Top 10 Region Customers and prospective new customers.
· Will be responsible for updating and managing a Distributor and End User Pipeline.
· Will assist our Direct TSM’s and Brokers with their business opportunities, challenges, provide direction, and perform ongoing business reviews.
· Focused on Sales Management, Forecasting, Accountability and Development of business and our Selling resources.
· Will drive implementation of all Novolex/Pactiv Brand products and programs for our Distribution Customers and End Users, focusing on bundling, differentiation, domestic production, logistical and operational efficiencies.
· Analyzes records of present and past sales, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenue, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred.
· Drives training and continuing education initiatives for Sales team and Brokers to improve skills and to increase productivity.
· Performs field promotion work and development of new and existing accounts by demonstrating products and showing best application.
· Budget management for T&E, customer promotions-programs, and spending to maximize ROI and improve overall profitability.
Candidate Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree, or a combination of Sales Leadership and 5+ years of work-related experience required.
· Experience managing, coaching and developing sellers.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Team player with ability to build lasting, productive business relationships with hourly employees, management, and peers.
· Must possess a high degree of professionalism in handling confidential information.
· Ability to work flexible hours, travel, including weekends when required.
· Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
· Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving, and auditing skills required.
· Critical decision maker with the ability to work independently.
· Must live inside of the region.
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $100,000- $160,000 + bonus + benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. At Novolex, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
