Machine Operator-Wash Lines|Connersville, IN|HIRING IMMEDIATELY

Compensation Includes:

• Starting rate of $20 an hour (additional $1 per hour as shift differential for nights)

Available Shifts:

• Day Shift
  • 6:45am - 7:00pm 
• Night Shift
  • 6:45pm - 7:00am

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Inputting the appropriate parameters to maximize efficiency of the equipment and maintain product quality.
• Responsible for following the assigned production schedule.
• Responsible for keeping the area(s) and machine(s) clean and free of debris.
• Responsible for troubleshooting the line(s) for washing parameters, waste generation, and output quality.
• Responsible for the filing of work requests for repairs or preventive maintenance.
• Participate and support, for every employee, a safe work environment by following all facility safety and compliance policies and procedures.
• Participate and support, for every employee, and visitor; the adherence to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Minimum of 6 months-4 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic understanding of Safety procedures.
• Critical decision-making ability.  
• Flexibility and adaptability and the ability to focus and pay attention to detail.
• Must be able to complete the following physical requirements
  • Sitting, standing, walking
  • Lifting and carrying: 0-49 lbs.
  • Pushing pulling, twisting, climbing, stooping, kneeling
  • Reaching, grasping, repetitive motions
