Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to analyze demand and propose scalable digital solutions

• Lead delivery of IT projects, ensuring timely, secure, and compliant execution

• Manage operations of global and local systems to maintain stability and performance

• Drive adoption of Agile productization and DevOps practices across teams

• Monitor service quality and ensure alignment with business impact KPIs

• Oversee risk management and ensure audit readiness of applications

• Collaborate cross-functionally to launch innovative technologies at scale

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience in IT project delivery and operations within a complex business environment

• Strong ability to build trust-based relationships with regional and senior stakeholders

• Demonstrated expertise in project and service delivery management

• Solid understanding of risk management, planning, and performance tracking

• Proficiency in managing budgets and aligning solutions with business goals

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal

Desirable: Preferred experience operating in a pharmaceutical, healthcare, or similarly highly regulated environment.
