Key Responsibilities
Analyze data to identify opportunities for improving local and simple business processes.
Collaborate with business teams to define requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations.
Ensure consistency and traceability across user requirements, specifications, and validation activities.
Support testing and validation efforts while adhering to security and compliance standards.
Maintain documentation aligned with internal IT systems, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Promote reuse of existing solutions and services to enhance operational efficiency.
Provide additional specifications and support for testing phases as needed.
Essential Requirements
Proven experience leveraging digital technologies and big data to drive business improvements.
Strong ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
Demonstrated success in managing relationships across diverse teams and senior leadership.
Experience working in global, multi-national environments.
Background in the pharmaceutical industry with cross-functional collaboration.
Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and requirements gathering skills.
Desirable: Preferred experience operating in a pharmaceutical, healthcare, or similarly highly regulated environment.
