The Senior Analyst will be responsible for delivering data-driven insights and supporting AI/ML initiatives across business functions. This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with modern data technologies, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support technical aspects of analytics projects, ensuring best practices in data engineering and model deployment.

• Gather and analyze business requirements to design effective data and AI solutions.

• Identify potential risks in data processes and propose mitigation strategies.

• Stay updated on emerging technology trends and assess their applicability to business use cases.

• Represent the analytics team in cross-functional discussions and external engagements when required.

• Recommend relevant data sources and ensure data quality for analysis.

• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of solutions.

• Research market trends in AI and analytics to propose innovative approaches for business problems.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.

• Experience: 3–5 years in data analytics, AI/ML, or related roles.

• Proficiency in Python/R, SQL, and exposure to ML frameworks like TensorFlow/PyTorch.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and tools like Databricks, SageMaker, or similar.

• Experience with deploying models as services using Azure ML, Kubernetes, and version control tools (GitHub).

• Understanding of AI concepts such as NLP, computer vision, and generative models (e.g., GPT).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Exposure to data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) would be a plus.  Knowledge of AIOps practices and model lifecycle management. Ability to research and evaluate new technologies for potential business impact.
