Job Description Summary

About the role:
People Partners act as trusted HR advisors, providing in country policy expertise, guiding leaders, managers, and employees through all People & Culture moments that matter to the employee. Ensure smooth delivery of the employee lifecycle, strengthen the employee experience, and drive consistency in HR processes within or across Business groups with approx. span of 500+ headcount.


 

Job Description

Key Requirement

  • Work closely with leaders and managers on all People topics lifecycle management, performance, learning, rewards, and employee relations.
  • Partner within business group for the identification of High performers and coach business leaders / manager in people development charters.
  • Enable talent acquisition, talent management, and organizational management aligned with business needs.
  • Analyse people data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities, enabling informed people decisions. Leverage AI and other predictive analysis tool to drive evidence based and effective partnership for the assigned business groups.
  • Should be able to design and delivery session and represent P&O topics in the townhalls and business meetings
  • Design and support functional onboarding, promote self‑sufficiency in HR processes, and incorporate employee feedback to enhance the employee journey.
  • Ensure adherence to local employment laws, norms, regulations, and organizational governance standards.
  • Serve as the first point of escalation for day‑to‑day HR matters.
  • Support large‑scale transformation and day‑to‑day organizational changes, restructuring, and workforce transitions.
  • Champion in executing initiatives like diversity, equity, inclusion, psychological safety, and corporate culture for the assigned business groups.
  • Work closely with Country Business Partners, Global Partners, and the broader P&O network to implement initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
  • Build strong cross‑functional relationships to understand business challenges and co‑create solutions.
  • Manage internal transitions, mobility, and ensure consistent, compliant execution of HR processes.

Requirements Snapshot

  • Full time MBA HR or equivalent
  • 3-6 Years Relevant experience as HRBP (2-3 years if candidate is from Tier 1 college)
  • Good stakeholder management, influence without authority, and independent decision-making capability.
  • Display Operational Excellence in the HR processes.
  • Ability to leverage data, deliver against SLAs, optimize processes, and manage HR projects effectively.
  • Should have strong communication and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to collaborate with Cross functional team effectively.
  • Able to adapt in the matrix and complex ecosystems.
