Overview
Position: Full-Time Outpatient Physical TherapistLocation: NovaCare – Rosedale, Baltimore, MDCompensation: Starting at $80,000Incentives: Indefinite loan assistance and/or sign-on bonus available

- Orthopedic and sports injuries
- Neurological conditions
- Vestibular disorders
- Oncology rehabilitation (ReVital program)
- Amputee care
We welcome new graduate physical therapists and offer on-site mentorship from experienced clinicians. Our team averages 10–12 patients per day, with 60-minute evaluations and 45-minute treatment sessions, allowing for meaningful, personalized care. Every physical therapist’s journey here is a testament to excellence, innovation, and life-changing care. We’re committed to supporting your growth and success, professionally and personally.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, with two evenings per week until 7 PM (last patient scheduled one hour prior).

Responsibilities
- Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
- Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
- Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
- Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
- Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
- CPR certification
