Overview
Position: Treating Physical Therapist & Outpatient Center Manager
Location: NovaCare - Owings Mills, MD
Specialties: Orthopedics, Neuro, Vestibular, Sports Medicine, Oncology, Amputees, Dry Needling
Compensation: starting at $95,000
Incentives: Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus and/or Indefinite student loan assistance

We’re looking for a full-time Physical Therapist with at least three years of recent outpatient orthopedic experience to lead our dynamic team. If you’ve managed before, that’s great, but if not, don’t worry! We’ll set you up for success with our Leadership Training Program.

Responsibilities
- Assume responsibility of our center and uphold executive decisions
- Utilize our local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Help grow and manage our center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios
- Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and physical therapist assistants (PTAs)
- Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community
- Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy
- Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start
- CPR Certification

What you'll do
- The Center Manager and Treating Physical Therapist will assume responsibility for the center and uphold executive decisions while managing physician relationships and patient portfolios. They will also expand and develop a team of physical therapists and assistants.
