Job Summary 

The Sales Representative is responsible for managing client quotations and customer interactions on behalf of the company. The role requires comfort with high-volume calling, working with channel partners, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. The position focuses primarily on inside sales of capital equipment, particularly within the WPCE and Well Testing product lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client requirements as assigned by the Sales Manager.
  • Prepare and issue timely quotations for all customer enquiries.
  • Coordinate with supplying NOV companies to resolve customer issues.
  • Ensure on-time delivery of customer orders.
  • Assist in pricing evaluation and compilation for all products.
  • Conduct customer visits to maintain relationships and address issues when required.
  • Support promotional and advertising activities, including events and marketing literature.
  • Comply with all NOV company policies, procedures, and HSE requirements.
  • Perform inside sales activities for capital equipment, with a focus on WPCE and Well Testing product lines.
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager
Skills & Competencies
  • Proven inside sales experience with a strong record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong phone presence with the ability to manage high call volumes daily.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and ERP tools (Sage and Oracle preferred).
  • Strong collaboration skills when working with internal and intercompany stakeholders.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Technical degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred).
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant sales experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in capital equipment sales.
  • Good knowledge of Well Testing and WPCE product line pricing.
  • Experience coordinating with intercompany (Interco) locations.
