About the Role
The Systems Administrator plays a pivotal role in supporting the Resident Services Workwear Hub’s operations This position is responsible supporting the successful provision of PPE and Workwear for our Frontline services within Resident Services. This will involve working with the Team leader to develop and maintain the robust stock management system (Winman) and compliance with NCC finance management frameworks.
The role also involves promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion, key within a team with 60% of the team identified as supported colleagues.
You will be expected to demonstrate collaboration, working effectively with colleagues across the Council. PC hardware, and office applications are essential, along with at least three years’ experience with NCC systems).
This is a hands-on role with no direct staff supervision, but it requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to upholding the Council’s standards and values.
