</div><div>Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a <strong>Recruiting-focused HR Generalist</strong> to support staffing needs across multiple bakery locations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-volume recruiting, enjoys working directly with field leaders, and understands the pace and urgency of retail or food service hiring.<br><br>

<strong>Primary Focus: Recruiting & Staffing<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Manage high-volume recruiting for bakery roles including:<br><br><ul>
<li>Bakery Managers<br><br>
</li>
<li>Assistant Managers<br><br>
</li>
<li>Bakers, Frosters, Utility, Joy Creators, and other hourly positions<br><br>
</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Partner with Bakery Managers, District Leaders and Directors to understand staffing needs and hiring timelines<br><br>
</li>
<li>Post, manage, and optimize job postings across multiple platforms<br><br>
</li>
<li>Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and assist with hiring decisions<br><br>
</li>
<li>Build and maintain candidate pipelines for new store openings and ongoing turnover<br><br>
</li>
<li>Track recruiting metrics such as applicant flow, time-to-fill, and hiring trends<br><br>
</li>
<li>Support in-person and virtual hiring events as needed<br><br>
</li>
</ul><div>
<strong>Additional HR Responsibilities<br></strong><br>

<li>Support onboarding and new hire orientation<br><br>
</li>
<li>Assist with employee relations issues and documentation<br><br>
</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws</li>

<li>Assist with benefits, timekeeping, and general HR inquiries<br><br>
</li>
<li>Support retention initiatives and staffing strategies during slower seasons<br><br>
</li>

<strong>Travel Expectations<br></strong><br>

<li>Travel to bakery locations as needed to support:<br><br><ul>
<li>New store openings<br><br>
</li>
<li>In-person interviews and hiring events<br><br>
</li>
<li>Staffing support during critical hiring periods<br><br>
</li>
</ul>

<li>Expected travel may vary by business need but can include <strong>day trips and occasional overnight stays<br></strong><br>
</li>
<li>Flexibility to travel on short notice during peak hiring or opening timelines<br><br>
</li>

<strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>2+ years of recruiting or HR experience (retail, restaurant, or multi-unit preferred)<br><br>
</li>
<li>Proven experience with high-volume hourly recruiting<br><br>
</li>
<li>Strong organizational and time-management skills<br><br>
</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills and ability to work with field leadership<br><br>
</li>
<li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment<br><br>
</li>
<li>Experience with Paychex, Indeed, or similar ATS/HRIS systems preferred</li>
<li>SHRM Certified<br><br>
