Must have standard knowledge and a range of trade-specific capabilities critical for the construction, maintenance and repairs of building structures and systems, with standard knowledge of tools and equipment.
Job Responsibility
1.Performs detailed inspections, installations, and building repairs through standard knowledge of trade-specific techniques.
2.Standard utilization of tools and equipment to efficiently complete installation and repair tasks.
3.Coordinate and collaborate extensively with trade-specific systems to complete specialized assignments.
4.Collect, analyze, and interpret data on machine operation, proposing actions to minimize risk and enhance performance. 5.Perform regular maintenance checks on equipment and systems, identifying potential defects or inefficiencies and addressing them promptly.
6.Ability to assess and determine resources, supplies, and staffing needed to complete tasks. 7.Performs the demolition of building elements, and cleans up areas as needed. 8.Maintain standard working knowledge of construction practices and techniques, staying updated with relevant trade-specific safety procedures.

Job Qualification
•High School Diploma or equivalent required.
•1-3 years of technical experience, required. •Must be able to carry 60 lbs.
•Valid NY State driver’s license, required.
