NorthStar is seeking an experienced cardiac CRNA at Mercy Hospital Joplin.

 

Join a high-performing CV Anesthesia Team at a top-tier facility where growth, learning, and collaboration are at the heart of everything we do. This is a fantastic opportunity for a CV CRNA looking to gain advanced experience in cardiovascular cases while working alongside other talented CV CRNAs in a supportive, team-driven environment.

Total compensation ranges from $310K–$340K, including:

  • Base salary: $240K
  • CV stipend: $20K
  • Incentives: $10K
  • Call pay: $40K–$70K

Additionally, a sign-on bonus: $90K!
