Responsibilities

Responsibility for effectively operating the Visitor Management system and processing all visitors into the facility in accordance with established processes and procedures.

Qualifications

REQUIRED

One (1) year in a healthcare or customer service related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

PREFERRED

Ability to follow oral and written instructions.

Ability to present information clearly to a wide variety of audiences.

Ability to work without close supervision.

Ability to use a computer and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Ability to operate necessary equipment / machines.

Work Hours:

12:00PM - 8:30PM
