Performs history and physical examinations and carries out appropriate intervention/procedures as determined by the plan of care. Coordinates care of assigned patients according to Northside Hospital established Standards of Care.

What you'll do
- The Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant performs history and physical examinations and carries out appropriate interventions as determined by the plan of care. They also coordinate care for assigned patients according to established standards.
