Candidate Qualifications (Required)
- MD/DO
- GME leadership experience (Program Director and/or Associate Program Director Experience)
- Strong strategic planning, financial analysis, and leadership skills
- Experience in faculty development and program evaluation
- Extensive experience in Graduate Medical Education (GME) administration
- Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills in a medical education setting
- Ability to manage high-level institutional oversight and governance
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine
- Academic and/or Community Hospital Background
Candidate Qualifications (Preferred)
- Prior experience as a DIO or GME Administrator
- Familiarity with electronic residency management systems
- Active participation in national medical education organizations
- Masters in Education (and/or any Masters Degree)
