Position Overview:
This role offers exposure to tax preparation, research, and planning across a wide client base, including high-net-worth individuals and companies in industries such as construction, manufacturing & distribution, real estate, technology, and international business.

Key Responsibilities:
● Prepare individual, trust, partnership, and corporate tax returns and supporting workpapers.
● Apply basic tax concepts to deliver thoughtful, individualized solutions.
● Identify, research, and analyze domestic and international tax issues.
● Collaborate with engagement teams and communicate effectively with senior team members.
● Begin developing relationship-building skills to support long-term client loyalty.
● Develop industry understanding by recognizing KPIs, business trends, and emerging developments.
● Participate in networking and maintain contacts within the business community.
● Assist with additional projects and assignments as needed.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; Master’s in Accounting or Taxation preferred.
● Minimum GPA of 3.3 overall and in major.
● Prior tax internship experience strongly preferred.
● CPA licensed or working toward CPA eligibility.
● Strong multitasking abilities to manage multiple engagements while maintaining accuracy and quality.
● Commitment to ongoing professional education and development.
● Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
● Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills.
● Dedication to delivering exceptional client service.
