We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Owner Relations/Admin Assistant to handle owner relations at Revelstoke Mountain Resort. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role requires effective communication, attention to detail, ability to remain composed and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Duties

  • Manage property operations, including Owner relations, maintenance requests.
  • Oversee the upcoming renovation of owner units and liaise with owners, hotel and head office.
  • Communication with owners of Monashee Estates and Mackenzie Landing.
  • Maintain accurate records of property maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate with vendors for property repairs and maintenance while ensuring quality service delivery.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and address any issues promptly.
  • Respond to Owner inquiries and concerns in a timely manner, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
  • Utilize office management skills to maintain organized files and documentation related to property management activities.
  • Implement effective phone etiquette when communicating with owners, guests, vendors, and team members.
  • Administrative and accounting duties.

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Hotel and/or Residential building or similar role in office or customer service settings.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using phone systems for effective communication.
  • Experience with proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity.
  • Familiarity with file management systems to maintain organized records.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on tenant satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Knowledge of Opera - PMS is a plus.
