Job Summary:
As a Duty Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the Mountain Operations department, including lift operations, bike park operations, terrain park, snow removal, transport, dispatch, grooming, winter attractions and patrol. The Duty Manager is responsible for leading multiple teams to success and ensuring a safe and exceptional experience for all mountain guests.
Essential Job Functions:
Supervisory Responsibility
Provide direct supervision to the following positions: Lift Operator, Bike Park Crew, Mountain Crew, Transport, Winter Attractions Crew, Snow Shovel Crew, Line Control, Groomer, Equipment Operator, Summer Attractions Team Lead, Lift Operations Team Lead, Lift Operations Supervisors, and Mountain Crew Supervisor.

Working Conditions
Duty Managers perform most of their duties outdoors and may work in all kinds of weather conditions. This Duty Manager role is a Part Time position, working an average of 20 hours a week, with rotating shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. (Potential for Full Time - Year Round with blend of other positions within the Mountain Operations department.)
Compensation and Benefits
$25.96 up to $27.40 hourly
