Pay Range: -
Responsible for accurate and safe receipt of incoming raw materials, ingredients, packaging supplies, and other items into the commissary. Supports food safety, traceability, and production readiness by inspecting deliveries, verifying documentation, and staging materials for use.
· Receive and inspect incoming deliveries, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders and delivery documents.
· Check temperature, condition, packaging integrity, expiration dates, and food safety compliance upon arrival.
· Unload trucks safely using pallet jacks or other approved equipment.
· Document and label received items to maintain traceability and inventory accuracy.
· Stage materials in designated storage or production areas per daily production needs.
· Report discrepancies, damaged goods, or shortages to supervisors or procurement.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization in dock, coolers, and dry storage areas.
· Follow allergen segregation protocols, FIFO rotation, and GMP standards.
· Assist with inventory counts and tracking as needed.
· Operate within established safety, sanitation, and PPE protocols at all times.
· Report any food safety, quality, or GMP concerns to Supervisors or FSQA immediately.
· High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
· Previous experience in warehouse receiving or food manufacturing preferred.
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate material handling equipment.
· Basic computer or handheld scanner skills for inventory and receiving tasks.
· Understanding of HACCP, GMPs, or food safety standards is a plus.

· Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in receiving and documentation.
· Able to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
· Reliable and punctual with a positive, safety-focused attitude.
· Strong communication skills and willingness to report discrepancies promptly.
· Capable of working in cold, dry, and wet environments as needed.
· Pallet jacks and hand trucks

· Warehouse receiving software or handheld scanner
· PPE (safety gloves, footwear, jackets for cooler areas)
· Cleaning and sanitation tools
