The mission of all Tops associates is to adhere to the Tops vision of providing a friendly neighborhood store that saves the customer time and money. Grocery Assistant manager is responsible for non-perishable grocery products, including full knowledge of product lines and location in store, as well as responsibility for ordering, receiving, stocking, rotating, cutting, and marking product. Manager is also responsible for escorting customer to location of desired product and/or service desk for further assistance while providing attentive and courteous customer service.
