Our Senior Underwriters provide complete solutions for our personal lines business. Our Personal Lines Underwriters work hard to provide personalized solutions for our Brokers and customers.  They use their industry knowledge to help price our Personal insurance products, ensuring we are making extremely calculated decisions on each risk we take - while keeping the customer experience top of mind. They love utilizing their strong technical skills to ensure that increasingly complex portfolios are serviced in accordance to established guidelines and business objectives.  

While they are already experts in their own field, Northbridge is committed to their ongoing growth and development. Working in a collaborative team they provide coaching, mentoring and development for less experienced underwriters.

If you are great at:

• Underwriting

• Problem-solving and critical thinking

• Building relationships with brokers

• Helping others develop through coaching and mentorship

If you have:

• 5+ years of Underwriting experience in personal lines

• Completed, or pursuing your CIP designation

• Strong customer service background

• Team-first mentality

We’re committed to pay transparency and fairness. The base salary range for this role is $66,000 - $100,000, which reflects the expected base pay – not the total compensation package. The actual base salary may vary depending on your experience, skills, and alignment with the position. We’re also open to candidates at different levels, so if this range doesn’t quite match your expectations, don’t let that hold you back — we’d still love to hear from you.
