What it’s like to be a Northbridge Senior Claims Service Representative
The Senior Claims Service Representative is responsible for providing prompt and efficient handling of a variety of technical and administrative support services to adjusters and telephone claims reporting while maintaining data quality and service levels. In addition, to administrative responsibilities this position is responsible for the mentorship and training of Claims Service Representatives and participating in specialized projects.

If you are great at:
Checking and receiving new claims
Answering incoming inquiries
Assisting claims adjuster with administrative tasks
Sorting and distributing mail and faxes
Data editing, verification, and reconciliation activities
And you have:
Post-secondary school education and/or equivalent on the job experience.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the property and casualty industry
Excellent keyboarding and data entry skills.
Actively pursuing CIP designation an asset.
Strong technical skills with MS Office Suite
Fluently bilingual (English / French) is a definite asset
