Federated Insurances Commercial Insurance Specialists work hard to build and maintain relationships with commercial businesses across the province to provide a variety of insurance products.

We want your talent

If you are great at:

• Interacting with clients and understanding their needs

• Communication and active listening

• Taking initiative and achieving goals

If you have:

• Sales experience

• A competitive spirit and a desire to deliver a high level of performance

• A knack for catching on quickly and solid math skills

• 1-2 years of client-facing exposure;

• Ability and willingness to travel regularly, pending client needs;

• Valid drivers License

• OTL or RIBO license preferred

We’re committed to pay transparency and fairness. The base salary range for this role is $50,000-$55,000 plus commission, which reflects the expected pay and commission – not the total compensation package. The actual base salary may vary depending on your experience, skills, and alignment with the position. We’re also open to candidates at different levels, so if this range doesn’t quite match your expectations, don’t let that hold you back — we’d still love to hear from you.
