Senior Salesforce Certified Developer

North South Consulting Group (NSCG) seeks a Senior Salesforce Certified Developer to support the Army Command Assessment Tool (ACAT) application. This position will be responsible for all code-based solutions within Salesforce or involving data migrations, systems integrations, and 3rd party applications. The Salesforce Developer position will work closely with the Salesforce administrator and Business Analyst to develop solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions. These positions require highly skilled professionals with extensive Salesforce expertise, security clearances, and adherence to Department of Defense (DoD) Information Assurance Technical (IAT) requirements.
Responsibilities
Salesforce Development:
- Design, develop, test, deploy, configure, and support Army Command Assessment Tool enhancements.
- Develop new functionalities and debug existing configurations in sandbox, user acceptance testing, and production environments.
- Implement code and configurations based on functional requirements in compliance with Department of Defense and U.S. Army security standards.
- Develop and maintain system technical documentation.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems and APIs.
- Utilize Apex, Lightning Design System (LDC), Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Developer Experience (SFDX), and other Salesforce development tools to create robust solutions.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Develop a system compliant with Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Security Technical Implementation Guidance (STIG).
- Author and provide necessary cybersecurity documentation.
- Provide artifacts for system documentation, including required reviews for System Security Plan, System Operational Views, and more.
Qualifications
- 2 years of Salesforce Developer experience.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer.
- Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integration with APIs.
- Experience with Agile methodology.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Understanding of and experience with Salesforce architecture and Application Programming Interface (API).
- Experience using GitHub or other version control software.
- Proficiency in HTML, XML, JavaScript, SQL/SOQL, Java/C++/OOP.
Preferred
- Prior experience with Army systems and applications.
- Familiarity with Salesforce GovCloud+ environments.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II.
