QualificationsWhat You Will Do:
Serve as a welcoming, professional first point of contract for clients, families, and visitors, creating a respectful and supportive experience from arrival to departure.
Answer, screen, direct calls and inquiries with care, accuracy, and a high level of customer service.
Act as a connector between clients, providers, departments, and community partners to support clear communication and timely problem resolution.
Support client access to services by explaining processes, forms, fees, and requirements in a clear, compassionate way.
Maintain accurate client records, schedules and documentation using electronic health systems while upholding strict confidentiality standards.
Schedule and manage appointment calendars, proactively backfilling cancellations to maximize access to care.
Demonstrate fiscal responsibility by supporting collection processes, calculating sliding-scale fees, and working with payors to support service authorization and payment.
Support efficient office operations by maintaining records, processing mail, managing inventory, and operating standard office equipment.
Contribute to a safe, organized, and welcoming environment by maintaining shared spaces and reporting safety or equipment concerns.
Assist with meetings, trainings, reports, correspondence, and special projects that support program and agency goals.
Collaborate with leadership to support workflow improvements, policy application, and training and support staff.
Provide flexible coverage across programs or sites as needed to ensure continuity of services.
You’re a Great Fit If You:
Have a High School Diploma or a GED.
Have at least 1 year of experience in an administrative support position.
Have fluency in both English and Spanish to best support the individuals and families we serve.
