Responsibilities
- Manage compliance processes for open source projects.
- Plan and coordinate migration to new toolchain and processes.
- Handle Jira tickets and ensure dashboards and reporting are accurate and up to date.
- Maintain Confluence documentation.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Jira (including dashboards and reporting) and Confluence.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle escalations quickly.
- Excellent organizational and detail-oriented approach.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
- Experience with Jira dashboard customization and reporting.
- Basic scripting or automation skills for efficiency.
