Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree and Medical Technology (MT) certification with American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) or equivalent. 
  • Must meet the minimum requirements of the Clinical Laboratory Act of 1988.

Experience

  • Four (4) years of laboratory experience as an MLT/HT (internal CLS2); OR Two (2) years of laboratory experience as a MT/HTL (internal CLS3)

(Above requirements can be met by equivalent combination of education and experience)

 

 Licensure/Certification

  • Registered with ASCP (or eligible for registry) as a Medical Technologist or equivalent

Compensation/Benefits

  • $26.77-$43.71/hr depending on previous experience
  • Position qualifies for $2.50/hr night shift differential
