Nordson Product Assembly Division is seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing Specialist  to join our Strategic Marketing team.

This position will support market initiatives focused on the Americas region and, to a lesser extent, globally including market communications and market campaigns, support of tradeshows and industry events, creation of promotional marketing content, and data-driven market analyses.

The ideal candidate is a natural storyteller and communicator, adept at distilling product value selling statements into compelling value propositions that align with customer value recognition. He/she enjoys and is energized by working collaboratively with Product Line Managers, Sales and Service Managers, Initiative Owners, and Subject Matter Experts to develop content in collaboration with the global Marketing team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and distribute marketing communications - tailored to the Americas region, ensuring alignment with global guidelines
  • Support trade shows, conferences, and virtual events - including coordination, booth design, promotional materials, and post-event analysis
  • Conduct data analysis and market research - to identify trends, opportunities and gaps, as well as competitor activities in key Americas markets
  • Support Website and social media content creation - (e.g., blogs, case studies, videos) in collaboration with global teams.
  • Create marketing collaterals supporting product launches - including email campaigns, press releases, and sales support collaterals.
  • Localize global campaigns for Americas region audiences (e.g., adapting messaging in recognition of cultural nuances).
  • Maintain consistent branding and compliance with regional regulations (e.g., corporate branding standards, regional data privacy laws).
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Qualifications - Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Mechanical / Technical or a related field. MBA is preferred but not required.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in an industrial equipment market.

Qualifications - Skills & Proficiencies:

  • English language grammar proficiency - ability to produce polished, professional content.
  • Strong project management skills - ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
  • The ability to analyze data for insights and craft compelling narratives from complex information.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing metrics to inform decisions.
  • Creativity in content development and campaign ideation.

Qualifications - Software & Language:

  • Microsoft Office proficiency - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
  • Adobe Creative Cloud knowledge – Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design
  • Social Media experience - LinkedIn and YouTube
  • Sitecore web development familiarity
  • SAP/C4C is a PLUS
  • Mandarin, Spanish, or Portuguese is a PLUS

Travel: Limited to 2-4 trips per year, 3-5 days each supporting trade and sales events).

Location:   The position is full time in-office (Johns Creek, GA facility), with flexibility coordinated with and agreed to by the hiring manager.
