Nordson Industrial Coating Solutions, a global leader in leader in industrial coating systems, is seeking a highly motivated and talented Customer Services Employee to join our team in Geleen,  the Netherlands. Summary of the role
As a Customer Service Employee, you will play a central role in supporting our customers and keeping our order processes running smoothly. You are the first point of contact for inquiries, ensuring every request—whether a quote, order, warranty, return, or credit—is handled with accuracy and care. Working with SAP, C4C and clear internal processes, you guide customers through order status updates, coordinate follow‑up actions and help resolve issues together with colleagues in Sales, Technical Service and Finance.

Role and Responsibilities 

• Enter quotes and orders in SAP

• First contact to customers

• Inform customers about status of orders.

• Handle warranty, return and credit requests

• Handle complaints (invoices, deliveries, etc)

• Take care of Nordson internal requests and all other incoming requests

• Proactive order follow up

Skills and Qualifications 

• Minimum MBO+ - degree or vocational training (commercial or logistics).

• General knowledge on business and work processes (supply chain).

• Relevant experience in a customer service-related environment or a business environment is highly desired.

• Professional Dutch or German and English language skills are required (writing and verbal)

• Any additional language would be a plus.

• Computer literate (basic knowledge of MS-Office).

• SAP and Material Resource Planning (MRP) system knowledge
