Summary of the Role
Join our team as the primary business-focused owner of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for our Munster facility. In this pivotal role, you will drive process improvements, support end users, and act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and our external partner, Hitachi. You will manage day-to-day operations, prioritize enhancements, and ensure the D365 environment supports our strategic goals. This position offers autonomy, visibility, and the opportunity to make a direct impact on business efficiency and growth. Role and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for D365 issues and requests at the Muenster facility

  • Manage and prioritize the ServiceNow ticket queue in collaboration with Hitachi

  • Liaise with Hitachi to ensure timely resolution of issues and delivery of enhancements

  • Assess and improve business processes related to operations, shipping, and finance

  • Oversee and document system changes in line with governance processes

  • Support users with D365 transactions and troubleshoot process challenges

  • Review and address backlog items, bugs, and enhancement requests in Azure DevOps

  • Lead or support projects and initiatives to drive business efficiency

  • Facilitate communication between IT, business stakeholders, and external partners

  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with internal procedures

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (minimum 3 years)

  • Strong organizational and independent work skills

  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities

  • Experience in business analysis and process improvement

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

  • Microsoft certification

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow and Plan View

  • Technical/development experience with D365 configuration

  • Project and time management skills

  • Ability to simplify and communicate complex technical information

Travel
20-30% domestic travel with forcus on Muenster facility
