You’ll collaborate with talented engineering teams to optimize test efficiency, automate workflows, and streamline product delivery—making a real impact on how innovative products reach the market.</p><p><strong><strong><br></strong></strong></p><p><strong><strong>Key responsibilities </strong></strong></p><p><strong>Test Automation</strong></p><ul> <li>Design, develop, and maintain <strong>scalable test automation frameworks</strong> for <strong>Wi-Fi protocol testing.</strong></li> <li>Write and optimize automation scripts using <strong>Python</strong>, <strong>Shell</strong>, and <strong>C</strong>.</li> <li>Implement automated testing for regression, feature validation, performance, and system-level scenarios.</li> <li>Debug and troubleshoot automation failures; improve reliability and test coverage.</li> <li>Convert test requirements into automation test suites with detailed documentation.</li></ul><p><strong>DevOps &amp; CI/CD</strong></p><ul> <li>Build, manage, and optimize <strong>CI/CD pipelines</strong> using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.</li> <li>Automate build, deployment, and test execution processes across multiple environments.</li> <li>Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure seamless execution.</li> <li>Work on environment provisioning using Docker, containers, and virtualization tools.</li> <li>Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth and fast release cycles.</li></ul><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>Key Qualifications and skills</strong><br></p><ul> </ul><ul><li><strong></strong>5+ years of experience in test automation, DevOps, or a combined QA/Automation/DevOps role</li><li>Strong programming skills in Python and C, with a track record of building automation frameworks from scratch.</li><li>Deep understanding of CI/CD concepts and hands-on experience with tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.</li><li>Experience with Linux, embedded platforms, networking fundamentals, and Wi-Fi standards (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be).</li><li>Familiarity with Git, code review practices, Docker, and containerized environments.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Working for Nordic </strong> </p><p>Working at Nordic, you will be inspired and supported to develop yourself.
