About this role

Werden Sie Teil eines dynamischen Teams, das sich mit der Validierung von Windenergieanlagen befasst. Im Global Engineering sind Sie als Technician (m/w/d) Mitglied eines erfahrenen Teams in der Abteilung Test & Prototype und verantwortlich für die Installation und Umsetzung von Validierungsmessungen im Bereich Last von Windenergieanlagen im Feld:

 

 

 YOUR TASKS

  • Installation von Messsystemen auf der Windenergieanlage, z.B. mittels Dehnungs- und Beschleunigungssensoren zwecks Validierung und Untersuchung von Lasten und Schwingungen
  • Begleitung der Entwicklung von Komponenten zwecks Schwingungsreduzierung auf der WEA; Installation und Validierungen z.B. von Getriebedämpfern
  • Organisation der technischen Betriebsführung an Prototypen-WEA, Berechnung von Ertragsausfällen in Rücksprache mit dem Service
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit und Unterstützung im Bereich Schall und Leistungskurven; z.B. Durchführung von Schallmessungen oder Installation von Windmessungen mittels LiDAR
  • Analyse und Dokumentation der Messergebnisse
  • Durchführung von regelmäßigen Checks an Prototypen, z.B. Ölproben ziehen oder Getriebeendoskopien

 

YOUR PROFILE

 

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Techniker im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder Mechatronik
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einem internationalen Industrieumfeld
  • Erfahrungen im Bereich Windenergie sind wünschenswert
  • Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Messtechnik und Messdatenanalyse wünschenswert (z.B. imc Famos, Python)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Eigeninitiative, verantwortungsvolle und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein ausgeprägtes Health-and-Safety Bewusstsein
  • Gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit gepaart mit interkultureller Kompetenz
  • Höhentauglichkeit, PKW-Führerschein und Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen mehrtägigen Reisetätigkeiten (auch international)
