About this role

Your Tasks:

  • Initiates and manages Windturbine blades global footprint projects of different complexity within operation (e.g. new product introduction, increase of production capacity within our existing production network or by extending it through new factories or suppliers)
  • Ensures the achievement of defined project goals, in particular in the areas of time, budget and quality
  • Forms and leads interdisciplinary teams from different locations
  • Responsible for stake holder management
  • Identifies critical tasks, addresses them to the relevant team members and closely monitors progress
  • Identifies potential risks/problems and defines counter measures
  • Initiates escalation when necessary
  • Provides regular status updates to the stakeholders
  • Creates good working mode within the project team
  • Review and optimization of project standards for global footprint project

 

Your Profile:

 

  • Experience in project/program management (mandatory) and experience in windturbine rotor blades is of advantage.
  • Ability to work in an intercultural environment
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experienced working in a fast changing environment
  • Comfortable flagging problems when they arise and asking for help when needed
  • Works proactively and independently
  • Willingness to travel
  • Ability to manage different projects at different locations at the same time
  • Good knowledge in MS office, in particular MS project
  • APQP knowledge would be an advantage
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Project Management is preferred
