About this role
MISSION: Project management of the designs and development of the different hybrid and full concrete wind tower prototypes, between the engineering department and the rest of areas that are part of the Concrete Tower Business Unit.
TASKS:

Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of specific engineering projects within the towers business unit, while ensuring these projects are on time, on budget, and within scope.

Overseeing complex projects from inception to completion, helping to reduce costs, maximize company efficiencies, and increase revenue.

Share responsibilities across what’s commonly referred to as the “project life cycle”:Commissioning / Planning /Executing /Monitoring and Control & Closing.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Industrial) or similar.
- Project management qualification (PMP).
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).
- Project planning, risk management, time management and other project management skills.
- Minimum B2 English.
- Able to deal with conflict and solve it.
- Proactive profile.
- Problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Communication skills and high degree of teamwork.
- Negotiation skills.
- Autonomous and challenge motivated.
