About this role

The People & Culture Recruitment Intern will support the recruitment team in attracting, selecting, and onboarding top talent. This role offers hands-on experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, and employer branding, providing valuable exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle in a dynamic and collaborative environment

 

YOUR TASKS:

  • Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews
  • Assist in onboarding activities, including preparing documentation and coordinating with new hires
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers to ensure accurate and timely information
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives, such as career fairs, social media campaigns, and internal events
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR colleagues to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Currently pursuing or just finished a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Maximum of 9 credits pending
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail
  • Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with ATS tools is a plus
  • High level in English and Spanish languages (C1)
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative
