About this role

YOUR TASKS

  • Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for blades in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Drive price and capacity negotiations to secure competitive, best‑in‑class Nordex pricing
  • Negotiate and manage global contracts (FPA, QAA, NDA, SERVICE) across the entire supply chain
  • Lead category management activities and ensure alignment with all internal stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong strategic partnerships with key suppliers to support long‑term growth
  • Manage supplier‑related activities along the value chain, including expansion into new regions (EU, US, India, China)
  • Drive proactive supplier engagement regarding Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, CSR, Sustainability and Innovation to meet KPIs

YOUR PROFILE

  • University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Economics, or a related field
  • experience in strategic sourcing and category management in the wind sector or a comparable international industry
  • Strong negotiation capabilities with an end‑to‑end mindset and sound business judgement
  • Structured, systematic and transparent working style
  • High ownership mindset, strong service orientation and independent working capability
  • Pragmatic and adaptable personality able to perform in dynamic environments
  • Excellent communication skills and intercultural competency, fluent in English
