We believe you share these values with us and bring the following qualifications:

  • A Norwegian master’s degree in law with strong academic results
  • Excellent language skills in Norwegian and English
  • At least three years of relevant experience from a law firm, financial institution or public authority
  • Solid experience with banking and finance law, including loan transactions
  • Experience with acquisition financing would be an advantage
  • A proven ability and passion to find solutions to complex problems
  • Proven ability to work proactively and to take responsibility for work tasks independently
  • High integrity with a willingness to speak up
  • Interest in new technology and positive attitude toward change
  • A strong ability to prioritize competing demands and work under time pressure
  • Good business understanding and stakeholder management skills
