We are looking for interns to join Nordea’s Leveraged Finance team, the leading Leveraged Finance franchise in the Nordics
About our team
Meet the Leveraged Finance team. Our role is to arrange, structure, underwrite and execute a variety of financing transactions (including acquisition financing) for Private Equity clients. We offer our clients a broad range of financing solutions including bilateral loans, club loans, distributed leveraged loans as well as high yield bonds.
Our team consists of ca 45 highly dedicated professionals working across the Nordics. We pride ourselves on our client focus, collaborative approach, deep industry knowledge and commitment to excellence.

You will already from day one be included in the structuring and execution of Leveraged Finance transactions. As a part of our team you will get the opportunity to work with Nordea colleagues in a pan-Nordic setup. You will quickly become an integral part of our team and work closely with internal stakeholders and our Nordic and international Private Equity clients. Projects will be in collaboration with other teams within Nordea including Corporate Finance, High Yield & Loan Syndicate, Risk Solutions (derivatives and hedging advisory) and Debt Capital Markets teams.
