The ideal Computer Science candidate will inspires students, set ambitious expectations, and supports all learners in achieving strong academic outcomes. To create a safe, respectful, and engaging learning environment that promotes intellectual curiosity, problem-solving, and mastery of mathematical concepts and skills.
High School Director (or designated instructional leader)
Set ambitious expectations for all students and take responsibility for their academic progress in Computer Science.
Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that promote deep understanding, problem-solving, and higher-order thinking.
Create a safe, respectful, and stimulating classroom environment rooted in high standards of behaviour and mutual respect.
Use assessment data to monitor learning, adjust instruction, differentiate support, and provide timely, meaningful feedback.
Communicate regularly with parents and colleagues regarding student progress, achievement, and wellbeing.
