We work closely with employers, health plans, and partners to bring Noom's behavior change platform to organizations looking to improve employee health outcomes and reduce costs. Through strategic partnerships and enterprise sales, we help expand Noom’s reach and impact across diverse populations.<br><br></p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Senior Manager, ASO Sales to accelerate adoption of Noom’s digital behavioral health and chronic condition solutions through health plan partnerships. This role will focus on generating new employer sales by nurturing warm opportunities, managing a disciplined sales pipeline, and partnering with health plan teams to unlock demand and drive pull-through.<br><br></p> <p><strong>You Will</strong></p> <ul> <li>Leverage Noom’s contracted health plan channels to identify and pursue employer sales opportunities</li> <li>Collaborate with health plan counterparts to drive visibility, enablement, and group-level decisions</li> <li>Execute territory plans and structured sales processes focused on employer group penetration</li> <li>Conduct consultative sales meetings, aligning Noom’s offerings with employer goals around cost, outcomes, and engagement</li> <li>Deliver compelling presentations and ROI-driven financial narratives</li> <li>Manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and meet activity benchmarks using Salesforce</li> <li>Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Clinical, Product, and Customer Success teams</li> <li>Build referral networks with brokers, consultants, and distribution teams</li> <li>Represent Noom at industry events and use market insights to refine sales strategy</li> <li>Maintain high ethical standards and contribute to a collaborative team culture</li> </ul> <p><strong><br>About You</strong></p> <p>If you’re interested in shaping the future of health by expanding employer access to digital health solutions through health plan collaboration, this role may be for you!<br><br></p> <p><strong>You Have</strong></p> <ul> <li>7+ years of B2B consultative sales experience, ideally in healthcare, digital health, or benefits</li> <li>Proven success selling through or in partnership with health plans, brokers, or employer groups</li> <li>Ability to manage warm channels and execute a farmer-focused sales strategy</li> <li>Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills</li> <li>Experience building ROI cases using employer data and financial metrics</li> <li>Proficiency in Salesforce and digital collaboration tools</li> <li>Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding quota with strong forecasting and planning</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>What Makes This Job Amazing</strong></p> <ul> <li>Mission-driven work that transforms lives through behavioral health innovation</li> <li>Opportunity to shape strategic relationships with top health plans and employers</li> <li>Highly collaborative, cross-functional team environment with growth potential</li> <li>Access to cutting-edge digital health solutions and a dynamic market ecosystem<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation Package</strong></p> <ul> <li>The US base salary range for this full-time position is $145,000 - $230,000/year, inclusive of base salary and variable compensation.</li> <li>Other elements of Noom’s Compensation Package <ul> <li>Noom offers a comprehensive and generous total rewards package.
