As we continue to expand our offerings, our product marketing team is central to how we tell our story, build trust, and drive engagement.</p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong><strong><br></strong>As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a <strong>Product Marketing Manager</strong> to lead go-to-market strategies and support cross-functional product launches from end to end. This role will act as the connective tissue between product and marketing teams, ensuring our launches are not only timely but also resonate powerfully with our audiences. You'll also lead special projects that enhance how we communicate product claims, working with research, legal, and other partners to bring credible, compelling narratives to life.</p> <p><strong>You Will</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) process for new product launches, from strategic planning through execution</li> <li>Translate product capabilities into clear, compelling marketing narratives and positioning</li> <li>Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Research, and Legal teams to ensure messaging is aligned, accurate, and impactful</li> <li>Identify the right marketing channels for each product launch and partner with channel owners to execute campaigns</li> <li>Own and drive special projects related to claims development, including researching, framing, and validating marketing claims</li> <li>Help build scalable mechanisms and processes that improve how we launch and promote products</li> </ul> <p><strong>About You</strong><strong><br></strong>If you’re interested in shaping the future of health by launching impactful products and bringing them to life through strategic marketing, this role may be for you!</p> <p><strong>You Have</strong></p> <ul> <li>6+ years of experience in product marketing for consumer facing (B2C) products, preferably in fast-paced, high-growth environments</li> <li>Experience with in-house marketing teams in the tech or digital product space; digital health or telehealth a plus&nbsp;</li> <li>Proven experience partnering with product teams and cross-functional stakeholders beyond just marketing</li> <li>Strong product sense, with the ability to translate complex features into user-centered messaging</li> <li>Scrappy, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity—you thrive in evolving environments</li> <li>Strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset</li> </ul> <p><strong>What Makes This Job Amazing</strong></p> <ul> <li>Huge ownership opportunity: you’ll own marketing launches for select upcoming products, shaping strategy and partnering cross-functionally to drive execution</li> <li>Direct impact: lead critical product launches and shape messaging that reaches millions</li> <li>Cross-functional collaboration: partner with product, marketing, research, and legal teams</li> <li>Room to grow: build processes, level up strategy, and grow your career in a high-growth company</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation Package</strong></p> <ul> <li>The US base salary range for this full-time position is $133,000-$160,000.</li> <ul> <li>This range reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position for US-based candidates, at the time of posting. The actual salary offer is based on factors including relevant experience and training, assessment of functional skills and behavioral competencies, and location, among others.</li> </ul> <li>Other elements of Noom’s Compensation Package</li> <ul> <li>Noom offers a comprehensive and generous total rewards package.
